Welcome to your self-paced therapy platform at home! We understand that moms lead busy lives, and we know it can be difficult to get to appointments when you have “littles, mediums, or bigs” to take care of. We are here to give you that access because taking care of your mental health IS essential! In this course you will learn: - The Importance of mental health for mothers - How to re-wire your brain to process thoughts in a healthier way - Evidence-based tools and activities you can incorporate into any busy schedule - And ultimately, how to Do The Work as a busy mom who wants to make her mental health a priority! This course uses a combination of evidence-based interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to bring you tools and activities that CAN transform your mental health as a mother. The goal of this mini-course is to give you access to the therapeutic benefits of mental health therapy in the comfort of your own home. Throughout this course we will dive into learning about intrusive thinking, guilt, shame, and anxiety, and how as a mother, you can navigate your unique challenges. Disclaimer: While we want everyone to have access to therapeutic tools so they can learn to heal at their own pace, research shows that individual and group therapy with a licensed mental health provider will provide optimal success in healing from mental health symptoms. This course does not replace participating in individual or group therapy with a licensed provider.
